Ted Moore
Ted was a Cub Scout in Pack 111 and became an Eagle Scout in Troop 111 in Lubbock, TX, in 1976. He was tapped out at Tres Ritos Scout Camp in the summer of 1974 and became an Ordeal Member later that year. As an adult scouter, Ted has served with Troop 402 and Troop 406 and is active as an adviser in Nakona Lodge, and became a Brotherhood Member in 2008. He has had 24 years of scouting experience since becoming a Bob Cat back in 1964, and says the highlight of all those years has always been camping at the wonderful Boy Scout camps and working with the many great scouts and scouters in the South Plains Council. "I work as an engineer for the Texas Department of Transportation in Lubbock. I have a beautiful wife, Elizabeth, a daughter, Emily and a son, Austin, who became an Eagle Scout in 2008."
